Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Same problem here. I'm enetering Product Key (in format XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, also I tried add "-" as seperator as original the sims keys XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), but it doesn't work.

Thanks for the info guys. Another thing, can I check that you're getitng this screen, or another one? Is Fun with Pets the displayed content?

    yes i have the same problem with the screen but if i turn it on i cant turn it off taskmaneger doesnt work

so desperate to play sims 2 but it's not working!! anyone got any tips to try and fix it? I've tried restarting my laptop and pressing every button there is☹️

  read above :-) contact ea help :-) they can fix ya a new code.
  waiting myself for chat now also to get a new code wait time for me atm 40-45 mins

    How do you know your waiting time? My window says "Your wait time may be 60+ minutes due to high demand." In that part you see it?
