Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Hey I downloaded SIMS 2 ultimate collection with the I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. Great that worked! I installed the game, great that worked! when i start to click on play. it asked for a product key, which...

    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

Thanks for the info guys. Another thing, can I check that you're getitng this screen, or another one? Is Fun with Pets the displayed content?

For me, the game loads up (with the intro movie) and then just gets stuck on the title screen Fun With Pets.

    Yes! I also have that same problem! I had installed on my computer sims 2 from disc and a couple of stuff packs and expantion packs. Uninstalled and then reinstalled the ultimate collection. Did nothing to help. Idk what to do!
