Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

Error code isn't allowing me to have any fun with pets.... or the rest of the game for that matter.  It's funny.. I was only missing a few stuff packs and totally unistalled my version to download this so I could have everything.  Now I have nothing. Greed got me again.

    Tons of people are having this problem, and it all points towards Fun with Pets... Even one of the EA dudes at the beginning of the thread stated they had the same problem after reinstalling it.
