Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Hey I downloaded SIMS 2 ultimate collection with the I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. Great that worked! I installed the game, great that worked! when i start to click on play. it asked for a product key, which...

    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

      oops...just realized the time on my computer doesnt match up to the times the comments were made...it looked like everyone else commented a few hours ago, my bad! Sorry for asking if there was an update lol
