Hi, I downloaded the sims 2 collection from from origin on the free offer.
It has downloaded fine but when I try to put in the registration code that It auto gives me it seems to be incorrect.
I have had no email or anything esle to give me the correct code.
Any help would be great.

I had this too. its the code that it asks you for right after you click play.
I have this problem, and however many times I retype the registration code that my origin account shows under game details, it still will not work and says invalid registration code, check prodcut manual etc etc, has anybody solved this problem as I was extremely excited to be able to play TS2 since I heard about it and this has put a real downer on my mood.
The same problem here, can't do anything further
