Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

Hey people, I got it working!

I've contacted EA with this link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

and waited for the live chat.

In this chat I got a new key that worked properly.
I hope this is helpfull for you guys =)
