Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

I have it now working. I had the same problem as everyone else. I asked about it on the EA chat help service thing, and the person changed the product code for me. So best bet is to ask them. The person that helped me was called Vijay B. So if you aske them, they should sort it out for you 🙂

Not one for the sarcasm or grief but be aware this is a solution BUT EA are getting hammered right now and wait times are in excess of 30 minutes!!
