    It should work for everyone again now. If you still have issues with the code, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

Yup, same problem here.
The live chat waiting time is exceeding 50 minutes already, so hopefuly they bring al global fix for everyone here.
A friend of mine had no problems whatsoever, so it's really random if the game works or not.
