Sims 2 Windowed Mode Issue
Greetings, Sims Community.
I'm starting to have problems with my Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on Windows 10. Whenever I run it, it softlocks my computer, shrinking the display to an extremely small size and make clicking impossible, and I could only solve the problem by turning off my BootCamp MacBook Pro and turning it back on again.
However, I had tried to run the game on the Windowed Mode Command. It made the game playable, but it got me stuck on this size, and I have tried to resize the window manually with Alt+Space but no luck. I tried changing the command line to -w,-r1920x1080, no solution. All I can see is that the game is stuck at 800x600 and I am stuck with no other way to make the game window resize to the size I want to have. Here is a screenshot of the problem.
@ChrisinLiberty , there is an easy way to fix this problem. Go to YouTube and look for Classy Phoenix's video on how to fix Sims 2 resolution. This will walk you step by step on how to increase the resolution for Sims 2.
