Sims Medeival wont save

I have recently gotten a new Gaming laptop so after installing the Sims Medeival won't save when i choose to save it comes up with error code 16 ive tried multiple times to fix it, By Uninstaling The Game And Reinstalling it, but nothing i have tried works does anyone know how to fix it because I love the Sims Medeival but I literally cant not play the game like this

    Every time choose "save as" and change the name of saving land. 
    That's what I could find for now. Every time I need to change the name. Its getting on my nerves now!
