I had trouble playing my game on my laptop and called EA and they helped me get it working. I bought the game when it came out and then got into 3, at that time I was running 7 on a desktop, then moved to a win 8 on my laptop, once EA fixed a problem on their side it ran fine. Now running 10 and all the games.
