Since the last Origin update, I suddenly cannot save any of my existing games and new games on Sims Medieval Pirates & Nobles. The Save Game messages says: Cannot save. Error Code 18.
I've tried updating the game and repairing the game. Nothing works so far.

My confusion was with the save files in the second folder. I followed your instructions and now it is fixed!
