@chaosboy44 I believe a fully updated disk version of The Sims Medieval (and the pack) will not work on Windows 10/11 due to SecuROM being unsupported.
Are you able to register the game (and the pack) in EA App do get a digital download?

That worked! And after applying the fan made patch, the game runs!
If only that were the end of the tale. Unfortunately, there's a pop-up shortly thereafter, saying that the installation verification fails after launching, saying that the installation of the game is incomplete after downloading the ea app version.
Which then promptly closes the game. If you click to close it.
