If possible, list the exact error you get; if it mentions missing files, please note down which files those are and let me know.
The Sims Medieval folder in Documents\Electronic Arts is created when the game launches. Since your game hasn't been able to launch, there is no folder yet.
Although the disk version is not connected to Origin, it will not work on Windows 10/11 as they do not support copy protection that Medieval uses.

Here is the error when opening the game from origin and when opening the game directly from the SM folder in origin games

- 3 years ago@mate54 Yes, the base game install error from the pictures I sent is what happened when I tried to open it there

@AceNeedsSpace , are you trying to launch the game from Origin or EA Play? Just checking as I do not think EA Play supports Sims Medieval.
