Sims Medieval Installation Fail

Sims Medieval when launching on EA app keeps saying 'Service Installation Failed'. I've tried reinstalling the app and my computer, repaired the game and restarted the app. Nothing works and I would like to play this game again.. I have a windows 10 with Ryzen 5 OS

@LunaPlayzxx , there is a problem with the installation of the game. Have you read any of the threads in this section relating to this problem?
