Sims Medieval Is there any way to increase UI scale?

I recently bought and downloaded Sims Medieval through Origin. And while the game works perfectly fine, the text is so tiny that it's near impossible to read. I can't make the resolution smaller because it doesn't fit my screen unless it's full screen. I can't make it bigger because the text gets even smaller. I have searched and searched for a way to increase the ui, but I can't find anything.
