I think you should contact EA, start a new case: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and choose a support method. You can either contact them by phone or by text support. Tell them your problem and they'll try their best to help you. Yesterday, I contacted them because I lost the serial code for my high end loft stuff pack and they said to send proof of the case and disk, put the date and case number and your signature, and I got the new serial code that I entered into origin.
