Sims Medieval Steam
I bought Sims Medieval on Steam and downloaded it. Now when I try to play, it says "failure to start the game (app already running)" but that doesn't make sense, since it isn't running. Also, I have tried using the product key it gave to me on Origin, but it doesn't work.
This seems to be an issue with the Steam launcher. In this case, please get in contact with Steam support:
