Sims Medieval

Hello!

I purchased the game The Sims Medieval™ to play on my MacBook while on vacation. The website stated that it is playable on iOS, but when I logged into the EA app after purchasing and tried to install it, I was disappointed — it says that the game can only be installed on Windows. I selected MacOS when purchasing.

Is there any way to fix this?

(MacBook Air 2020, M1 MacOS: Sonoma 14.3.1)

    @melissaua , I'm afraid not unless you can revert your OS to Mojave. The Mac version is 32 bit which the Mac OS (Catalina and above) no longer supports. Contact EA Help and explain that you purchased the game in error as the Mac version is no longer supported.
