Sims2 Ikea stuff

Hello! I am Hungarian, and if I buy the updated Sims2 game, I can play in my own language, right?
And I saw that the Ikea stuff is not included. Could it be a foolish assumption that if I install it, it would also miraculously launch in the new one?
