Some Origin games not showing in EA App

I've noticed a few games from Origin are not showing in my EA App profile. I've noticed at least 2 so far: The Sims Medieval + Expansion Alice: Madness Returns Haven't done a side-by-side compari...

    @Urfbownder64 EA is aware of the issues with The Sims Medieval; I'm sorry I can't offer more help with that. Hopefully, EA App lets you launch it when it's installed.

    As for Alice: Madness Returns, I recommend contacting live chat to check that out. If you have any proof of purchase for that game, it could be useful to have it on hand.

Now The Sims Medieval didn't show in my library, but doing a search shows that I do own it, at least.

I tried installing it, and it will show up in the "Installed Games" section. Uninstalling it, however, it does not show up in my library still.

Alice: Madness Returns still doesn't show, and when I search for it, it wants me to buy it again or get EA Play to play it.

      @mate54 Yes. I did that as soon as I saw your reply. Even downloaded the installer again to make sure I wasn't running on an outdated one.
