I know I have stated this many times now but the one area that has not been addressed is the intelligence of the Sims. I want to build the house or apartment building or the college or whatever and let them make the choices: meeting people, finding a job they like, going to a movie, buying new clothes, etc. It would be like SimCity meets the Sims. I just want to build and let them do the rest. People are suggesting so many things in the forum. Some ideas are cool but others feel like they are not needed. I just full autonomy and that is it. Keep the game growing but add this one big feature. Let me choose between doing everything for my Sims or just let my Sims live their lives with me just observing. I want to start out with one Sim and eventually have a whole city of Sims living their lives without me have to take care of them. To make the Sims that smart will take a lot of code and time. But trust me, it will be worth it. I did everything for my Sims in 1,2,3, and 4. Change it up in 5. If you add this feature, I will spend 100 dollars on Sims 5. Maybe even more. People can ask for religion, and opening windows and etc. Just give me truly full autonomy. That is all I want. Everything else is just icing.
Most things have been mentioned, like height sliders
and with that more options to change body parts independently to make more realistic people of different weights.
The MAJOR thing I'd like to see is some type of item ownership option for both rooms and objects.
I hate that Sims do things like wash plates in bathrooms, or going to other Sims to use their bathrooms, computers, or TVs, grab each other's instruments or whatever.
simply being able to flag items and room spaces of who SHOULD watch or use it is... perhaps a weighted priority.
that way a Sim will prioritize going to their own room rather than the closest TV if they want to do something.
also the ability to flag more than just a bed belonging to a Sim but the actual room block instead. in a big house one room could have its own bathroom, maybe a reading room, a makeup closet, sunroom, or whatever attached to it, and each individual area should be able to be flagged as being owned by one or more Sims, so other Sims in the household will avoid

Also, are the updates making the Sims in Sims 4 smarter?
I definitely second that open world or at least being able to visit the 5 closest houses or buildings without a load screen.

Singing profession gigs
Resort owner
Vacation to more places
More interactive jobs
Also keep things we love about sims 4 with an upgrade.
Bring back burglars
MORE worlds with more free space we should be able to to put the plot of land where we want and decide how big it will be.
More creative choices on building
Oh and new career like a model that books gigs and does runway shows and photo shoots and fashion magazines.
Love all the parenting stuff we have now but let's please add things like walking them in strollers
And doctors visits when your pregnant and 1st check ups and the teen pregnancy thing someone mentioned love the idea but only with another teen not an adult Sim.
I could maybe keep going I love all your ideas and so many more.
