The Sims 1 Legacy crash after loading

I bought the Sims 1 Legacy on EA app and at first it worked fine. I decided to reinstall it though as I made a few random things in the game to test it first and after that I wanted to play the game normally with freshly reset neighbourhood.

Now after reinstal my game only loads up until neighbourhood, then it crashes immediately before I can even see it. I removed the game several times, restarted PC, but nothing helps. It just crashes. Attaching dump file that was made after last crash.

My PC is:
