the sims 2 double deluxe not installin

I  have the disc version of Double Deluxe, I ran it on my computer, which my computer refused to run without changing a setting, 

Got it to run, but when its installing and hits %70 says it cannot continue because it can't install a specific file, 

Can anyone help me
