The Sims 2 Legacy Edition: Date/School Issues

There is an issue Which occurs when you call a Sim to arrange a date. Shortly afterward, the Sim remarks why you weren't present or why you left them waiting, even though you just started the date, the location was just chosen, and the taxi had only just arrived. The same issue occurs with the private school director: He appears at 5 PM but immediately disappears with the comment that he thinks my children aren't suitable for the private school, even though he just arrived.

i tried it also in the Newest Version  1.18.0.107 but the Problem is Still there if you Play without Mods.
there is a Mod which is Fixing this Problem from Lazy Duchess its Called (Date/Outing Stood up Fix) if i install this Mod the Problem Above doesnt Appear anymore also the (Timing Fix) Mod is Need from Lazy Duchess because the  aging and aspiration decay are Broken in the Version.
