The Sims 2 Legacy worked, until it updated and broke

Guys, can anyone help me? When The Sims 2 Legacy was released, the game worked normally on my laptop, but after the first update patch, it broke. I've done everything, reinstalled directx9, updated the drivers, deleted the save folder and nothing worked. In the first update patch, the message from the first photo appeared, in the second patch it changed to the second photo. I don't know what else to do.
