He was saying he lost the code not the disc is there a way to get my lost installation code?

I BROUGHT A SIMS2 PETS EXPANSION PACK FROM THE GOODWILL. IT DIDNT HAVE THE BOOK IN IT WITH REGISTRATION CODE IN IT SO I CANT INSTALL IT ONTO MY COMPUTER HOW CAN I SOLVETHIS?
