[The Sims 2] Registering the sims 2 double deluxe

Hi,

I have tried to download the sims 2 double deluxe to my PC and the code that came with it is not working. I have gone to the sims web site to try and register the game but it says to come here. Am i doing it right??

Hi schoolhater78,

For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
