The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Problem - Please Help!!

So, I did all the steps to download the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection. After it was downloaded and installed, I clicked on it from my desktop and nothing happened. I clicked it several times and not 1 si...

My answer was directed to OP who does not have the folder.

It's a bit hard to help if everyone posts in 10 different threads. All very chaotic here 😉

Could you post this info: 

  1. Click on Start and then type the following into the search prompt at the bottom: perfmon /rel
  2. Press Enter to proceed.
  3. A window will open and in there you can click on the red circles with a white X.
  4. After clicking the X, the info on the bottom will update. Choose the Sims 2 Critical Event one and right click on it and choose "View Technical Details"
  5. Now on the next window, choose Copy to clipboard at the very bottom and post this into a reply to us here.

There is no X with "The Sims 2 Critical Response" for me. Also, i still cant find anything in my folder that has to do with TS2... I did the locale thing and it was already English/United States... I still need a lot of help so i can actually play the game :/

    Actually i do have a download version of TS3. But i dont want to get rid of it if thats what i have to do. I dunno why it works on both my friends computers and not mine.
