@Simbelina396 , you should still have your game in your EA App profile. Contact EA Support Help to help you transfer your game to the EA App.
@Simderella2500 , EA is very aware of fans who want Sims 2 remastered, but they have choosen to pursue other projects. There have been hundreds of fan letters online, sent directy to EA, petitions.... etc. etc. etc.
Sorry to sound pessimistic, but this issue has been around now since EA retired the game in 2018.
I am aware that I should still have the game... and I have lost count how many times I have tried to contact support about it... but they do absolutely nothing about it...
