I've been told by gaming programmers that it's REALLY hard to transfer old windows games to mac compatible because of the fact that mac computers are so much different programming than a PC. But I really hope they make some kind of transition at some point because the Sims 2 Collection is a huge hit and would be so much fun to play! I've also heard mac users may not be able to play the sims 4 until after it's release for the PC... such a bummer, but hopefully like the sims 3, it comes out for both PC and mac at one time. I'd hate to have to spend 80 dollars to have a game I can't play since I preordered that and the special content as well as the hardcover sims 4 book. So I really hope EA comes up with something for us mac users quickly!
