Hello, I am stuck and need help! I have made an orgin account but when I go to the Sims 2 website and try to log in, it says that member is not found/does not exist on the system. I then read that I have to register at least one of my products but don't know where to do that either. Please help me - all I want to do is download things on the sims 2 official website! So for the past month I've been trying to get on thesims2.ea.com but only one of my accounts will actually let me log in. Unfortunately it's the one account that isn't registered with my games. After a month of fighting the site I decided to register one of my Sims games I was saving in case something like this were to happen. The problem with this was after I finally found the seemingly "right" place to register my game Origin came up after I registered it. After seeing this I knew something was wrong so I logged back into my Sims account that's active and it still said I had no registered games! I am very irritated having purchased all the Sims 2 games and expansion packs for my PC and not being able to get the downloadable content with it. Some one plleeaassee help I had all my games on my other account and when I request the username it shows up in my e-mail but when I request the password it reads "Your request couldn't be processed. Reason: Invalid response from the login server. Please try again later." but no matter how many times I try it won't give me my account back or help me with my other existing account. Did Origin do this? Please help me I really enjoy the Sims 2 and would like to continue playing it.

If they are not doing any more more on the website how can we download what we want ? they are shutting it completely down on January 14, 2013.. so all is lost even on this date......... I had over 200 Sims saved on my page... and when ever I re-did my game i just went and downloaded them again.. now I cant.... I am so upset with EA..............spent so much money on all their Sim games..... sad.......☹️
