It's common sense. Gaming is an expense. The sims is no different. And with a game like this, where its supposed to be a life simulator. I feel that its the kind of game where moving on to the next iteration only makes sense if there have been advances made and new ground broken that hadn't been before. There is no incentive to keep restarting from a new base game every 5-6 years just to not be able to experience the game in any different way than before.The objection to this game improving and not cheating players out of a more cutting edge experience are frankly silly @SimmingGal :|
