My system is an i7, 32GB RAM, GTX 970, and TS3 still runs poorly on my system. This is after a fresh install with no mods and only enabling a couple of expansions. I have long load times, a lot of camera stutter, etc. For me, TS4 runs perfectly with no issues, fast load times, no lag or camera stutter, etc and I have all of the current content.
Do you play on ultra settings? Just curious for me personally as I'm looking into buying a gaming computer.
This is with any setting. Whether it is on low or ultra, the results (poor performance) are the same for TS3. As for TS4, everything is on max and the game runs smoothly.
