The Sims Carnival BumperBlast

I need help.  I have a game a couple years old, and I can't install it because it asks for a code. I've looked all through ther box and there IS NO CODE with this. The game is Sims Carnival Bumper Blast.  What can I do?

  • I bought Sims Carnival Snapcity online through EA games and in a boxed set with The Sim City Box which was registered when I bought it. I returned the online version since you had to be connected to the internet to use it back then and I was not always connected. I tried to install the boxed version today on a new computer and it will  not accept it. It keeps asking for my email and password and I have tried old known ones and my newer origin account info and it still cannot find the info to allow me access. How can I fix this??

  • Recently I downloaded and installed The Sims Carnival SnapCity through my Origin account. When I try to run it, it asks me to log in my EA account, just like some other older Sims games. I inserted my email and password, and clicked OK. However, it says that my game was not activated on this account and asks me to use an account that has this game activated. I have only one account and game is obviously activated on it. I tried re-installing the game and running it as an administrator, but nothing helps. I would really appreciate some help.

  • If you ever registered your game, please log into your Origin account and check game details. Code will be there. If not, you can contact Customer Support and they will be able to replace your code.
