Hi I would love to buy the Sims castaway stories. But they do not have it any more on the EA website where should I buy it

Whenever I try to go to the Village Market, The Sims Castaway Stories always crashes.  It doesn't matter if I try to use the path or the map or where I start out from.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I cannot get the Sims Castaway to load into my laptop, I appear to have all the necessary system requirements, it will not load into either of our laptops. I have just purchased this game new from Amazon.

What do you think I am doing wrong? or is something wrong with the game?

Is it at all possible to get this game as a download from Origin? I have a copy from years ago but it's scratched and I'd really like it as a download so I don't have to worry about it.

I haven't been on my computer in quite a few months to play games, I came on today, hoping to play Sims Castaway Stories, only to find I needed to download Origin, then redownload the game which I bought online in 2011 and played.  Only to find after patiently waiting for the game to redownload and install that I have to register it online, however I'm stumped by 'not being able to connect to the server' yet I am clearly online, and able to sign into the main Origin window just not play my game.

Help would be greatly appreciated in this.

How can I move my Sims family into a new house I built?  Or where can I design my own house to move my Sims into?
