The Sims Legacy still crashing; no help from update

Still the same message about Vulcan. Have updated the latest version and using via EA App. 
I´m on Win 10. Tried to report through EA App and even there was an error while trying to report and error. 😂 Trying to bear with you EA. If the game keeps on being unplayable, I think I wanna have my money back. 

Greetings from Finland, still hoping that this (most awesome game) will be able to run and play.
