It won't except my code for the Sims medieval, it directs me to the sims3 to enter my code on my account there. But I can't log in there, because it doesn't except my password, even thou I have asked to change it twice, and it still can't let me get to my account. Please advice.

Sims medieval is not registered to the Sims.com site. Do yo mean origin or where did you try to register it ?
I tried to use it on origin, but it directed me to the sims 3 page.
For medivial ? I've never seen anyone haveing the Sims 3 medivial registered to their Sims 3 Account.
I'm not even sure I registered mine anywhere. Maybe someone else knows more.
