The Sims Medieval Error

Redeemed the Sims Medieval on the EA app today, but every time I load it up an error pops up saying the installation was not completed and then the game exits out. I've tried downloading it to my C d...

@hayruss Did you buy it on EA App or somewhere else? And did it include the Pirates and Nobles pack?

    It’s just the standard version. I got it on G2A.
