[The Sims Medieval] HELP! Physician can't treat sick sims! Please!

My physician needs human blood to make a creature. So I have over 60 leeches on the operating table set to go. There are two sick sims in my clinic ready to treat, but when I click "Treat Sickness" on the operating table, nothing happens and it's like the action was cancelled or something. Why??

Did you diagnose the injured Sim first? Diagnosing a Sim is always the first step. Only after that you can operate them on the table. I usually pause my game after diagnosing a Sim as they tend to hurry out of the clinic quite fast (they do not seem to want an operation and who can blame them ^^). Click on the operation table and you should get "Treat <diagnosis> Sim". Choose whatever you got from your diagnosis - e.g. "injured" - and you should get a list of Sims. Make sure to choose the one you diagnosed!

    Hi,

I have the same "problem". I haven't been playing for a while but started up again some days ago and I'm quite sure that they didn't run off instantly after diagnosing a desease then, but now they do. I also made sure to have enough leeches at the table.

I read somewhere that it might be connected to the range of free will you give your sims.. but i haven't tested it yet.

Well, if it isn't a bug it sure as hell is an annoying change 😕mileytongue:
