[The Sims Medieval] HELP! Physician can't treat sick sims! Please!

My physician needs human blood to make a creature. So I have over 60 leeches on the operating table set to go. There are two sick sims in my clinic ready to treat, but when I click "Treat Sickness" o...

Did you diagnose the injured Sim first? Diagnosing a Sim is always the first step. Only after that you can operate them on the table. I usually pause my game after diagnosing a Sim as they tend to hurry out of the clinic quite fast (they do not seem to want an operation and who can blame them ^^). Click on the operation table and you should get "Treat <diagnosis> Sim". Choose whatever you got from your diagnosis - e.g. "injured" - and you should get a list of Sims. Make sure to choose the one you diagnosed!
