I bought The Sims Medieval yesterday, but the game loading starts over and over again, as soon as it gets to 100 percent. I've already cleared the cache and updated the EAapp. After 5 or 6 downloads “EAapp” gives an error and asks to contact technical support, but I don't get an answer there... Can you please tell me how to fix this? 😞

I have reported this on live chat again and linked them to this thread, and this time they said they've reported it as a bug and I should expect to hear an update in around 7-10 days. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!

Oh, my God, thank you. None of these methods worked, unfortunately. And I don't know how to get a refund for a game I bought. Maybe they will actually fix it....

@Chatskaja , if you need a refund for the game you bought, you need to contact EA Help Support. They will be able to refund your money for you.

Update: They just refunded me and removed the game from my library, so not looking promising!
