I’m having issues with my game The Sims Medieval. I recently got a new laptop and tried to install it. It installed fine, but when I go to play, the game load screen just disappears.
on Windows 11
I’ve tried the following fixes:
uninstall/reinstall EA
uninstall/reinstall the game
repair the game
checked for updates for both
checked computer updates
cleared EA cache
reached out to EA chat

puzzlezaddict ok so I can’t find my .EXE file anywhere and I don’t have a “game” or “bin” folder
Myst1cMermaid Search your computer for TSM.exe, or at least the Sims Medieval install location. The default location is here:
C:\Program Files\EA Games
I don't own the game and so can't check the exact path, but I would expect to find a Bin folder somewhere inside there, and TSM.exe is definitely going to be present if the game is installed at all.
However, you dont need to find the .exe to use the PowerShell script.
As for your processor, check Windows Settings > System > About.

Myst1cMermaid It doesn't technically matter where you save it, but your desktop is a good place since you'll need to be able to access it regularly.
