The Sims Medieval Pirates and Nobles lost code with physical cd

Hello everyone 

I encounter an issue with The Sims Medieval Pirates and Nobles. In fact I bought it years ago so its a physical cd that I own. However I lost the sercurity code allowing me to install it. It appears there are no possible way to download it on Origin and I wanted to know if by any chance I could have access to the content in another way.

Btw I can play the base game Sims Medieval without any problem.

If any of you has a solution for me I would be so grateful

    @manonclem49 , did you by chance have it installed on another computer you can still access? If so, there should be a way to access the code from somewhere in the game. Did you by change register the code on the Sims 3 site? If so, I think you can retrieve from there. 

    If all else fails, you should contact EA Help Support. They may be able to help you further.

    The only computer I had it installed on is the same one which I'm trying to install it again. But there aren't any files left, it seems like it's never never been here. And there aren't any place online where I could possibly have put it. And when it comes to the EA Help Support, it only drives me here, it looks like I can't contact them.
