[The Sims Medieval] Sims Medieval vs. Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles

Do I have to own Sims Medieval before I install Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles? Or does Pirates and Nobles come with the base game?

    The Sims Medieval is the base game for Pirates & Nobles. So yes, you have to own the first to install the latter.
