The Sims Medieval won't launch
I just bought TSM almost 2 weeks ago. It has never been able to launch. It keeps giving me the error "Failed to launch game- an error on our end caused the game to fail. Try again a little later"....

I have a 14th gen and tried doing what the thread said to do. It didn't work, I got the same error. I'm attaching the dxdiag. Thank you for assisting me.
