THE SIMS

the sims complete collection, installed, wont start up, though. says I need advanced privileges I tried what was suggested in a previous post. right clicking and all. but now it just doesn't do anything.  spent a week waiting for this game, it wont even work.  I have windows 10 an asus. any help would be great.
