TS2 UC on WinXP - no folder in My Documents

<->Hi, I just downloaded my UC from Origin on my old PC on which I have been playing TS2 for years and I tried to copy my custom content but... there is no "The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection" folder in My Documents and I have no place to create Downloads folder in. I run on Windows XP SP3.
