Yes but 4 people doing a game in 2 years seems to be unrealistic (from 2022 to 2024).
Paralives team with 11 people and Paradox with more people didn't make it in 4 years (From 2019 to 2023).
Tiny Life development was done in 2 years by 1 person (From 2021 to 2023) but it's not a 3D game.
It depends on the person education.This is definitely not a scam. Due to the fact they have a steam page.
