please can someone help me, i was told i can get the sims 2 and packs for free when i entered in the redeem code word, ive been entering it alot and nothing happens, i have had a problem with my system since it updated to windows 10 and has spent time wiping my computer and setting it back to windows7 once again i have tried again to redeem the sims 2 but now it says the code is invalid so i dont know what to do coz i love the sims so much and number 2 was my favourite.

If you are trying to add the "I-LOVE-THE-SIMS" code, this code expired in July 2014, you won't be able to get the game for free anymore.

If you are trying to register the game with a product code from a cd box for example, you can try to contact a game advisor to add the game to your account :&nbsp;http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-2
